I design bespoke workout programmes for women at all stages of motherhood whether you are pre or postnatal - or busy bringing up young children. I hold a Premier Training International Level 3 Designing Pre- and Post Natal Exercise Programmes. As a mum myself, I totally understand the challenges of exercising (mentally, physically and practically), while pregnant and with young children to look after. I also relate to wanting to feel 'like myself' again, as well as the need to reclaim my body - not to mention some me-time!
We begin with a health consultation and liaise with your doctor and maternity team to create a unique coaching plan that will be tailored to your current level of fitness and health. Babies and toddlers in buggies are welcome to join in with your workout.
The more active and fitter you are during pregnancy, the easier it will be for you to adapt to your changing body shape and weight. Exercise is not dangerous for your body - indeed, it’s beneficial to be active throughout pregnancy - it will also help you to cope with labour and get back into fitness after your child is born.
