PERSONAL TRAINING

Fit. Healthy. Strong.

I'm a female Personal Trainer based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. I specialise in creating effective and enjoyable bespoke workouts for people of all ages and abilities. Before we begin working out together we will have a chat about your goals, strengths, weaknesses, likes and dislikes. Obviously, health and fitness are my passions, which means I always keep abreast of the latest technologies and trends - but if you don't fancy something or it's unsuitable for you and your body, we won't do it, simple as! Don't worry - I always work you hard and provide exercise modifications that will work for you. We can work out at your home or place of work - or if you prefer, you may visit my gym in Tunbridge Wells.

 
 

Achieving your goals
 

It's great to have long term goals - we'll work together to break them down into lots of smaller goals to help you get there without realising

  • Weight loss & body toning

  • Cardio and Strength training

  • Pre and post natal fitness

  • Core stability and rehabilitation

I use a variety of exercise techniques and equipment, including dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands and the MOTR machine to keep you on your toes or suit your body and mood. Please let me know if you have anything particular in mind.​
